If you are happy with the valuations, we will list your property for sale on the open market and then we will pick up the estate agent’s fees! Whilst supporting you through the full process, managing your viewings to ensure they are from proceedable buyers.

Unlike the Move Assist Scheme, the Plus scheme has added perks:

• Estate agents fee paid
• £2000 paid towards your legal fees*
• £3000 paid towards your moving costs
• Either £10,000 gifted deposit OR £10,000 cash back*

You could be selling a freehold home, a leasehold apartment or any other residential property in the United Kingdom. You do not have to go up in value or accept a low offer like you would if you undertook a Part Exchange offer with another builder. If you are downsizing – this scheme is for you

This scheme is only available on selected plots and is not available with any other incentive or buying scheme. Payment towards legal fees is based on an average cost in the Region for solicitor fees, it is down to the purchaser to ensure that they are aware that if this does not cover the full legal fees, they have to pay the difference. Cash back and gifted deposit depends on lender’s requirements if a mortgage is needed.
