Choosing your home

Enquiry
After making contact online, over the phone or in person, we will arrange for a personal appointment with our hand-picked Sales Executive who will show you our fantastic development and our bespoke range of houses.

Qualification
Our Sales Executive will help you to get qualified by contacting our recommended financial advisor to run through your financial options whether a mortgage is required or not. We will also demonstrate solutions if you are dependant on selling a property in order to purchase your
new home.

Pre-reservation
Once you are have passed the qualification stage, we will show you and explain your different options in purchasing, from house-types and plots to working drawings and timescales. This will provide you with as much information as possible to make and informed choice
The reservation process

Reservation
After making your own decision about your new home, we will then conduct the reservation appointment where we will re-run through all the working drawings even if you are not buying off plan. We will run through our Reservation “Checklist” to ensure that you fully understand what you are reserving, this is when you pay a reservation fee to reserve your new home

Meet the builder
Shortly after reservation, we will arrange a meeting with our Professional Site Manager to run through any technical aspects of the building of your new home and to answer any questions.

First 6 weeks
During this time, our Sales Executive will assist you with the paperwork from the solicitors and with any assistance that you require in your mortgage application to try and make the process as easy and as stress-free as possible. They will communicate with all third parties for you such as estate agents if it is required.
Completion

Exchange of Contracts
Your solicitor will be in a process to exchange contracts, this is when legally you are committing to buy your new home.

Options
This is a very fun appointment with our Sales Executive – choosing your interior and exterior options subject to build stage from our catalogue of bespoke additions, many of the items are subject to build stages therefore please speak to our Sales Executive early to ensure that you do not miss out on customising your new home fully.

Customer visits
Unlike other builders, after exchange of contracts we will conduct a first fix inspection prior to the “boarding” of the property, if this is not possible then we will provide walkthrough videos of each stage so you can see the progress of your new home.

New Home Demo
Two to three weeks before legal completion, your home will be inspected by our Warranty Provider to ensure that it meets building regulations, during the same period we will invite you for your New Home Demonstration with our Site Manager and Sales Executive. This is an opportunity for you to learn about the many features of your new home.

Legal Completion
On the day of legal completion, this is when your dreams become reality and you take ownership of your new home, our team will be there to hand over the keys.
After you move in
We conduct a series of supportive visits: a check-in at 3 days, another at 7 days, and a courtesy visit at 28 days to ensure your satisfaction.
You’re covered by our customer care warranty for the initial 2 years, followed by a comprehensive 10-year warranty period.
