As with every home at Stoney Wood, The Etal is equipped with underfloor heating—eliminating the need for bulky radiators—and is powered by an energy-efficient air source heat pump, ensuring year round
comfort with sustainability in mind.

These changes have been designed to be cosmetically similar to Homes which do not benefit from this requirement, with many items behind completed behind the scenes. The Homes for Life Specification further’s Cameron Hall Home’s aspiration for Homes that are adaptable with age, medical conditions or life choices without needing to move.
