Cameron Hall Homes Site Manager Wins Prestigious National Award for Excellence and Community Impact
Cameron Hall Homes is proud to announce that our Site Manager, Jack Collins, has won the prestigious “By Your Side Award”, presented by Premier Guarantee at their annual national awards ceremony in London on Friday 26th September 2025.
This award recognises outstanding individuals who go above and beyond in their roles within the housebuilding industry, and Jack is a shining example of dedication, integrity, and community spirit.
Jack has been with Cameron Hall Homes since the company’s inception and has consistently impressed building inspectors with the exceptional quality of his work. However, what truly set him apart in the eyes of the judging panel was his commitment to making a difference outside of his day-to-day responsibilities.
Jack is the founder of Vent Club, a Community Interest Company established to support the mental health of construction workers in the new build industry. With statistics showing that the construction sector sadly suffers more suicides every year than any other industry in the UK, Vent Club provides vital support, a safe space, and resources for those who may be struggling.
In addition to his efforts within the industry, Jack has also extended his care to the wider community. He has recently supported several older residents who have been victims of scams, including an elderly lady who was defrauded out of her savings for a roof replacement that never happened. Jack personally stepped in to help, ensuring she was no longer left without a roof over her head.
Speaking about his award, Jack said:
“I’m truly honoured to receive this recognition, but for me it’s about more than awards. It’s about people – supporting my colleagues, looking after our communities, and making sure that we build not just great homes, but a culture of care and responsibility.”
